Delivery depends on the partner and event. Most offer e-tickets by email or in their app; some use QR codes or physical tickets. Check the partner's event page before you buy.
Refund rules are set by each partner and event. Many sports tickets in India are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. If that happens, the partner will usually process a full refund.
